Short and without the legal fog: what data we take, why, how long we keep it and how to get it back.
Updated: 13 August 2026
Who collects the data
Quantula Group — a commercial lighting manufacturer. Questions about your data: [email protected].
- Poland — ul. Żwirowa 28, 05-506 Wilcza Góra
- Portugal & Spain — Rua dos Valos 367. 3700-864, Romariz
- Ukraine — 02099, Kyiv, Ukraine, 9 Boryspilska St., Building 57
What data and why
| Quotation request | Company, name, email, phone, a description of the site and the list of chosen models. Needed to prepare a reply and price the specification. Basis: your request, that is, steps taken prior to a contract. |
| Account | Name, email, company, phone, role. Needed for signing in and so that a manager can see their clients. Basis: contract, or your consent to register. |
| Catalogue search | The text of your query to the AI search — so we can answer more accurately and fix bad matches. Not linked to a person unless you are signed in. Basis: our legitimate interest — service quality. |
| Technical data | Connection address and server logs — protection against abuse and investigation of failures. Basis: legitimate interest — security. |
How long we keep it
Enquiries and correspondence — while we are working with you and for three years afterwards, so that the terms of an old project can be looked up. Account data — while the account exists. Server logs — up to 90 days.
Who we share it with
Nobody, except those without whom the site cannot run: the hosting provider keeps the server, the mail service delivers the emails. Data is not sold and not passed on for advertising.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, for corrections, for deletion or for processing to stop — simply write to [email protected]. We reply within one month. If our answer does not satisfy you, you have the right to contact the data protection authority in your country.
Cookies
The site uses no advertising cookies. Without your consent Google Analytics receives only anonymous cookieless signals (Google Consent Mode v2) and Microsoft Clarity stays off; full measurement with cookies runs only if you press “Accept all”. Otherwise only technical things are stored: your account session, your list of models in the enquiry, the chosen light scene and the catalogue view. All of it stays in your browser and is never sent anywhere.
